Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage various aspects of project execution, building design, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless project flow from initiation to production.

Key Responsibilities

Project Confirmation:

• Validate project details and specifications with stakeholders.
• Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained.

Purchase Order Management:

• Generate and track purchase orders for materials and services.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.

Billing of Quantities:

• Prepare and review quantity take-offs for accurate billing.
• Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment processes.

Site Survey:

• Conduct on-site surveys to assess project requirements and conditions.
• Collect necessary data for project planning.

Confirm Details and Inform Team:

• Communicate confirmed project details to relevant teams.
• Ensure all team members are updated on project status and requirements.

Prepress Team Coordination:

• Collaborate with the prepress team to ensure accurate design specifications.
• Facilitate the handover of project details to the prepress team.

Measurement and AutoCAD Coordination:

• Oversee measurement tasks and ensure AutoCAD drawings are accurate.
• Address any discrepancies between measurements and designs.

Prepress Design Work:

• Monitor the progress of prepress design work and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Review designs for compliance with project specifications.

Production Start and Material Procurement:

• Initiate production processes once designs are approved.
• Manage procurement of materials required for production.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

-Fresher or proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction or design industry.

• Understanding in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
